Balluku said that the year 2023 will be even more difficult than the current one.
"This is a very difficult moment for families, businesses and the government. We are a small country but not powerless. This is a moment of solidarity, it is not a moment for preferences of political beliefs either, but we are here to do our duty.
We are analyzing the request that concerns all the businesses that have entered the free market and face an unprecedented price situation, we are considering it, I cannot say today that 3.5 million per month is a burden for the government.
The financial possibilities of the government at this moment are limited, the year 2023, from the data that comes to us, will be an even more difficult year than 2022 and the state budget must be conservative to foresee the funds that are important at a time that it is not known when the crisis may end and how it will worsen".
The decisions of the working groups, according to Minister Balluku:
"Your first request for increased production capacity for car manufacturers. The amount we have allowed is the highest in Europe. 500 kwh is allowed only in Albania, Italy and Greece.
We will stick to 500 kwh because we have implemented the law, there is a technical analysis that we have done. We have addressed something that is annual and not monthly netting from January 1, 2023, we will have an annual autoproduction netting and this is a step forward.
Another thing, regarding the facilitation of the building permit application. Do not consider a photovoltaic or wind farm as a literal construction permit, to facilitate and make the procedures go faster, as it is a temporary structure.
For all these, we have taken the commitment that must be addressed as soon as possible to increase the capacities of renewable energy.
The request to declare the date of the beginning of the operation of the Albanian stock exchange November 23, 2022. The stock exchange should start immediately, but it was the process of an international competition, there were delays. This stock exchange will need energy liquidity, which today we have engaged on the basis of VKM for the energy emergency by giving the task of service to KESH.
The stock market will rise, but the energy liquidity is committed to cover families, small businesses, and maybe if we have the support of the Ministry of Finance, we can meet your request for the large enterprises that are in the free market today", he said. Balluk
