That is correct, no RS at this time and most likely not within a year. I'm sure if company fell on hardships it would, but that isn't going to happen or if company wanted to go to NASDAQ which would only temporally cause an equivalent price drop. By then we will all of made enough money to cover it. Company needs to prove a certain amount of revenue before joining the NASDAQ anyway so a further guarantee that a RS won't happen.
