When I started buying few yrs back there was no foreign fee. Or mat least they didn't hit me with it un till last year. Still bought some but was pretty much done by then. Can' t help to wonder what is going on behind the curtains fort this to take place. Good chance it may very well pay off. The fees are with reasons.
