Can I trouble you with one more question? The T's crossed & I's dotted including accountant/lawyer/filing fee's to have not gone to the Expert Market in the first place..are those all the same had they been done before being downgraded in the first place or is there added fee's/regulatory complexities that need to be navigated once being downgraded. Basically is it the same pain in the ass both scenarios or worse now? I'm wondering is the transition from Expert Market back to Pinks is as difficult as say being on the Greys and trying to get back to pink current (finding a MM to sponser the ticker etc)
