Expecting we’ll be hearing about more than that once PCTL finishes meeting all the legal requirements for the new subsidiaries.

You don't create subsidiaries and spin them off unless you have something solid in the pipeline and the news of the first contract in the energy sector tells me they have a lot in the pipeline.
