If we take the news at face value, this will continue to climb upward. Sceptics would have us believe that the entire announcement is false information. If this is true, WSRC will be investigated by the sec for fraud, and it wont take long. Time will tell the truth. I find it hard to believe WSRC would subject themselves to possible federal prison time by committing fraud here, and not even trying to hide it, with actually releasing it as a full blown disclosure in the latest publicly announced report to the entire world.
