Believe you me, if they had that permit, they wouldn't tell one single soul, first the people that give out the permits would know it, then the insiders, the Investor Relations. Investor relations won't tell you they have it, or don't have it. They will tell you they are in the process, even if they had it, there is no way they would tell you as an individual that they have the permits. I know, who to believe and who not to believe, definitely not some OTC traders, what I learned not to believe.
