Do you have a link to that Murdock case? TIA
Friend of mine checked and he concluded that the company isn't sponsoring any cars at Nascar right now..I emailed the company this morning..Let's see what they say.

"the case with Murdock yet for that $500,000 promisary note that was apparently of no benefit to Polar and was done post merger by a board member of Murdock tying Polar into the debt. Also where the auditor resigned from performing their audits, although from the letter, it was not necessarily because of any wrong doing by Polar."
