Difference between 2021 and 2022 Fox Business Interviews

Here is my take on how these 2 interviews are different and why today's interview may have a lasting effect on the share price.
Trading before 24 Feb 2021 Interview:
19-23 Feb 2021 (3 Trading days)
High Lows Close Volume
0.7380 0.6510 0.6600 600-800K
24 Feb 2021
1.6500 0.6620 1.0650 7200K 61% - 150% UP from previous day

27-29 Sept 2022(3 Trading Days)
0.9320 0.8220 0.8380 195-510K
30 Sept 2022 - (1 Day) Pre-announcement of Fox Interview
1.0400 0.8040 1.0400 887K 29%UP from previous day
03 Oct 2022, so far as at 1:38pm
1.1100 0.9650 1.0030 744K 3.6% DOWN
SO WHAT IS DIFFERENT BETWEEN THEN AND NOW:
1) Serious potential of adding REE's
2) Key land parcels purchased
3) Closed $6.2m PP to progress project and keep lights on
4) Critical minerals band wagon at all levels has taken off - consumers, producers and all levels of government
5) Bench top process changes confirmed
6) Numerous government programs and strategies backing up "critical" need for critical metals (pun intended) in free world
7) $200m Shelf Registration
8) Deployed and implemented ESG principles
9) Success in significant advance to process critical minerals in Nebraska
10) 2nd largest Indicated-or-better REE resource in USA
11) Potential CapEx and OpEx reductions
12) $4.80m PP to further progress project and keep lights on
13) New Feasibility Study done (not including REE or process improvements - June 2022
14) IRA program in USA may provide powerful new benefits to NioCorp
15) 3-Phase Demo plant in progress - may start giving progress reports by end of this week or into next week (my estimate and should not be an issue one way or another - as I believe we have to be patient as we don't know the details of all the steps that are required or any issues that have to be resolved)
16) Combine with GXII to access upto 25% of CapEx to jump start path to production and debt financing (a small part already planned)

We are so much out of speculation phase and into practical road to production. So what is there not to like? I will not be surprised if the SP goes to $1.80 and beyond
in the next week or so.
