sure. Retail have no Vote in APE. Why didn't AA seek approval from voting when he decide to authorize more APE share? because Retail don't have a Vote in APE more or less, APE is not a votable stock as it is not a real company. People may say APE is AMC but why cant you vote in APE like AMC? Easy, because APE is just an equity unit while AMC is the main voting stock.
