I’ve been looking back at Portage Biotech and who was involved in the build out of that company that made millions for investors..
As we know, Portage was a reverse merge into Bontan corp. owned by the Robinson brothers… they were the founding partners along with Billionaire’s Dr. Bailey and Jim Mellon.. so who else was in on it?… ..John Robinson, brother and M2Bio investor Sheldon was among some of the chosen few who got in early… check it out..

The point is that this same template is being used here. They will manage the share structure, they will raise the funds that they need in a PP to the chosen few . Then they will build another Biotech Giant with NeuraiLife Sciences and spin out the other companies. At what point will the good Dr. B and J.M. step up?
