The SEC does enforce fraud charges, if they are found guilty. Arthur and team need to realize this is a public company and they are responsible to investors. If they neglect this duty, they need to be sent to prison. Plain and simple. The person I spoke with at the SEC stated they are aware of the situation with QNTA and will prosecute to the fullest extent of the law if they are guilty.
