Ahhh, those were the days weren't they? So much hope and excitement.

But does anyone know what may have happened to those "potential merger partners"? Are they still around? Or did GS mean something else?

This is better in the long run, and what our potential merger partners preferred. $GOFF $GVSI $SRNW will enter quite period until this is complete and I will not answer any questions on the matter. Those who are anxious may want to consider selling.

Finally received response from OTCM & confirmed with SEC. Form 10s will be deemed effective 60 days after they are filed, provided that the SEC has no outstanding questions. Then OTCM will deem the companies current.
