I've personally made a fortune off low trip stocks left for dead, whether pumped before or not.

ONCI continues to be pink current at the very bottom with no risk to be delisted or r/s'ed. That right there is a buy and wait. IMO.

The CEO could easily just r/m this debt free shell and decent SS into something great, not saying that will happen, but it could, along with a few other possible endeavors.
You never know what's behind the curtain in the OTC, you of all traders should know that.

Also, something else to think about, accumulation over the last couple of months here has been over 1b++ shares, usually a good sign of things to come, but you knew that already.
