Cow Capital a $10 billion company in a few years is not that far-fetched if succesful. It's already worth $2 billion after the merger.
42% stake for the network guys = 21% of Cow after the merger
100,000 people worldwide
Reward per person = $10B / 100,000 x 0.21 = $21,000
But Cow could be a $100 billion company if succesful, right?
We won't stop at anything less than that.
Then it's $210,000 per person on average.
And they lose the incentive to work.
Half of that is more than enough. 21% instead of 42% for the network guys.
Giving the ITUP shareholders a 46% stake of MCA that they are entitled to IMO instead of a lousy 26% stake.
I know what I know.
You are not going to rock the world with Masala Capital if you start off with a 26% stake, which will go down to 13.5% after the merger, and even more if you issue a stock dividend. In fact, most people have "written off" their ITUP shares already and are focusing solely on their Cow Capital shares now which they purchased for $0.15 lol.
