$VXIT LOL Correct "I'm guessing this ain't your first rodeo?" So I'll wait for the Final Offering Circular that discloses the offering price of these Securities and yes it will be different than current market price and Investors will be buying below that higher price!

Final Offering Circular means the final offering circular relating to the Offered Securities to be offered to the Purchasers that discloses the offering price and other final terms of the Offered Securities and is dated as of the date of this Agreement (even if finalized and issued subsequent to the date of this Agreement).

**An offering circular supplement may not be used to increase the volume of securities being offered. Additional securities may only be offered pursuant to a new offering statement or post-qualification amendment qualified by the Commission. Issuers can however decrease the number sold by pricing the securities higher after qualification.

Correct except that it was and still is a "PRELIMINARY OFFERING CIRCULAR" All 3 of them!! The Fianl Offering Circular is where the Rubber meets the Road Show!"
