Not a "negative touch". Just looking at things objectively. One couldn't make such a change on an FDA approved product without submitting much rationale and data to seek approval for the change from FDA. Making such a change this late in game seeking FDA green light for human trials puts everything under renewed scrutiny. Have to put yourself in place of cautious FDA reviewers. Let's hope they don't ask for more than the rabbit tumor containment verification they've already asked for.
