Okay. I like the current OS structure but does this company has outstanding notes that can lead to dilution? What was the CEO saying after the reversed split and did he addressed anything about dilution? Based on what i experienced, every OTC company that had gone a r/s will likely dilute again.It is a rinse and repeat scenario and this company had done that.
