There're going to have to lower the price. The housing boom is over. My neighbor is trying to sell her house. Eight or nine months ago she would have sold it within a few days if not the day she put it on the market. Supply is up 27% from Jan levels. Mortgage rate is 6% up from 3% on 30 year fixed.
