His past before he took this empty shell(of which it still is) has including a revoked brokers license. At least two judgements against he and or the firm he once brokered for.
A couple of SEC complaints with his name affixed. One was a pump and dump with his two CONVICTED buddies.

Not to mention since he took over SNMN….

Personal bankruptcy
Driving without a license(twice)
IRS judgements for not paying taxes.
Apartment eviction.
Failure to pay child support.

Seven years and ZEEERRRRROOOOO revenues with the more than a dozen Loi’s/Mou’s/already signed/revenue producing companies he has stated in seven years.
