What are the odds of a RS to bring the share count down at any point? Could they do that pre going current or would it be well after.

Holding a hefty amount of shares I've slowly bought over the past 6 months, Canadian here xD debating if I should keep accumulating, If I'm heavy in early a RS might not hurt as bad.
