Thats right "Bioamber is NOT bankrupt" by the Delaware bankruptcy court, Bioamber Sarnia subsidiary sold certain assets in Canada by filling Bankruptcy, to get an investor(s) to inject money and expand the Sarnia plant, knowing that there will be a demand for bio-sa and then place Lcyb into a merger by buying out the rest of Bioamber shares which we hold, )but when the papers were filed in US which is where Bioamber belongs which carries all the subsidiaries it was dismissed and bankruptcy canceled and closed, the record is bankruptcy dismissed and closed!!! The question is why are Bioamber shareholders lied to that Bioamber is dead and why all the secrecy about what's taking place the restructuring and the sale of the company, why is pwc playing games with shareholders, nobody is ever giving up their shares
