Well you are certainly wrong about Deitsch - he is getting his A$$ kicked in court by the SEC.

He was busted by 2 brokerages for attempting to manipulate the price. He lied about contracts in China and India.

He lied about having a snake/cobra farm.

Just to keep you up to date - both have filed a Motion for summary judgement and the Judge has to determine if XRP is a security and if it passes the Howey test.

I believe that Bitcoin and Ethereum both are securities.

This one depends on how the Judge views the Howey Test.

The Crypto crowd should have never started using the term Hodl - as that is what you do with a security except on the OTC where you trade not invest.
