1. He will have the buyers of the offer sign something like and NDA, and that they can’t sell for x period of time and give them info we don’t have like the contracts agreement details etc, and they will buy i at between.01 and .02

2. They will put out something right before they go to get the money from the investors which will push the stock between .01 and .04

One of these will happen will it be in the next couple of weeks my guess is, no, but will it happen fourth quarter this year, or by first quarter next year most likely YES!
