There is an increase of shares upto 14 million between 2016 - 22 and an additional 2.80 M shares will go to management executives of Interups Inc.

The 6.9 million equity holders will gain additional shares in ITUP in the equity increase from 6.9m to 14 m though it is not directly in proportion to the number of shares they hold in the 6.9 m shares but in the increase that remains after allocation of additional shares to the subscribers of ITUP whose shares we are yet to allocate but showing in the books as application money received.

This said, we will be adding shares in exit to the difference of 14 million - 6.9 shares - Additional shares allocated to the subscribers past 2016.
