I think you should explain why a big chunk is going to management and not to ITUP shareholders for Masala Capital Advisors and My Gold Grams Inc.

Is it because
1) You and your family etc are not getting compensated in cash, so you are getting paid in stock? and
2) Is my assumption correct that more than 80% of profits generated by WM will go 100% to ITUP shareholders (assuming 16.2M shares) ?
