yep that lawyer was there before Paul and I had concerns back then but when they selected Paul that gave me some sense of relief. I am not sure what are the dynamics with why the person in question is still around but he may have part ownership or he may have a contract ....Just not sure .... All I am saying is, Paul had to have done his own DD prior to agreeing to be part of CBDD and I am sure he is very much abreast with the relationship....This affirms my believe that an investment banker who is keen with regulations both domestic and international will know how to navigate the challenges ahead without being compromised and jeopardizing our investment.
