There is some conjecture that nothing is found because he is fictitious, an invention of Frank due to an inability to find an actual buyer. But Frank needs to get stuff popping because it costs money to maintain the shell as current, even with the "crowdfunding" status. The high school kid merger thingy fell apart all the way back in January if you recall.

The Adam deal's text is all blacked out with regard to what was supposedly paid and/or was exchanged. Why would that be kept secret?

Supposedly Adam is an entrepreneur. I don't know of entrepreneurs that try to stay under the radar - they generally want as much attention as they can get for their projects and themselves for exposure going into future projects.

Unless they're not legit for whatever reason.

"Adam" would do well to put out a PR explaining who he is and what verifiable background he has. Until then, he sure sounds like just a Frank secret proxy.
