Quote " No dollar amounts appear in the bill.... it's a tax credit" READ the article
The essence of the bill as wrtten in the Forbes article I posted shows the $ am't of tax credits for each of solar and wind ie $319 billion. Forbes did the conversion into $$$'s.
Nothing is shown for Hydrogen as they regard that which is shown is a "loolipop".
Forbes took the time and the research. I've yet to see anything credible that contradicts it.
