There is such little retail interest in UNQL and the chart proves it each day. Only a small handful of trades and those are mostly between market makers to stay within the channel. For a long time, that channel is about a 30% spread between a penny and 0.013. Up and down, up and down, over and over, rinse and repeat. The MMs buy, sell, short and cover inside that channel with their algorithms making profitable scalps. It's clear as day what is happening.
There has been no news. There is very little interest in this OTC stock. Yet continuously up to the 0.012s and down to a penny.
Sorry folks, there is no secret pending breakout ready to all of the sudden explode to "fair value." It's trading at fair value now and has been for many, many months. There are only 2 events that will move this stock significantly up or down. In order to go up, the company needs to report better profitability. In all fairness, it will trade on a reasonable multiple of profits (not revenues.) If they actually show progress to a $5m annual NET profit on the next 10Q, then a $15-25m market cap could be in the cards. But it won't "magically" jump to some unreasonable, unsupportable $100m or insane $1 billion market cap. Anyone who keeps saying stuff like that sounds like the wacko on the park bench mumbling and insisting the aliens are coming to take over the planet. Funny and sad at the same time.
Because unfortunately, the other event that could happen soon is an announcement that the AS is increasing to 1.5 billion shares (or more.) If that news drops, so will the share price. The market cap might stay around $10m, but the pps will drop to meet equilibrium at whatever the new OS becomes after each subsequent conversion by the preferred shareholders.
Anyone can guess which news happens next. But in the meantime the MMs will continue slow trading in this same channel day after day. It is what it is.
Oh, and this post took a whole 5 minutes out of my day. Whatever am I doing with my life?!?!?
