I am still scratching my head why the "dillion case" was deemed as SOOOOO Important, when, in fact, it was not. Hell, Mick Davis didn't even release a PR stating it had been VOLUNTARILY dismissed, after he made the FLUFFY PR about the lawsuit being filed. WTF is going on?

Oh, sorry, that was a silly question. This is the OTC and specifically ASTRA VEDA, a "company" that has had an EM status for a YEAR! UFB.

MICK DAVIS aka Tiny Mickey has NOT answered the interrogatories aka discovery questions which should have been answered MONTHS and MONTHS ago. Davis and his attorney got Sanctions for NOT answering the questions and now a CONTEMPT OF COURT....

So what is it going to take for him to ANSWER the questions?!?!?!? ( required by law)

Guess he doesn't want to because he knows the questions have to be answered HONESTLY.... how awkward for Tiny Mickey Davis.

Has the case been heard in court yet? No, therefore it’s merely an opinion. Again, when the court makes their decision, no doubt it’ll be posted, why not wait for that to actually occur? I don’t know why it’s so urgent to try this court case on social media?

The last one that was tried on social media was supposedly a sure thing, instead it was Voluntarily Dismissed on May 16, 2022, Less than a WEEK after it was filed….and Yet it was Still presented over and over for MONTHS as if it was undecided, seems very odd to me, and Misinformation as well. Hmmmm…

Plus I’m truly wondering why the PRs were altered? Unfortunately I saw more than one public PR edited, Mick said “Astra Veda will continue to do its own part to advance our own financial disclosure practices and identify and pursue those who have engaged in other illegal securities activities involving our stock including disseminating false and misleading social media statements.”

Why no PR setting the record straight?

Plus that the lawsuit in reference was VOLUNTARILY dismissed less than week after filed. Yet that fake nonsense was posted over and over again… with silence from ASTA. Why didn’t they point out “illegal securities activities involving stock including disseminating false and misleading social media statements” like they said they would?
