I am not trying to confuse people, APSI legit on all fronts. I haven't seen any shares hitting the market for the last 3-4 months that I have been here and no shares will hit the market 3-4 months after the consummation of the merger when the lock up period ends by the new management, probably not for another 12 months. This is a safe bet for at least another 3-4 months after the merger consummation.
