It sure is. You are making statements without any proof. Please post the documents or information that shows that DSCR was booted out of the OTC link. Since you can go to OTC link and get a quote on DSCR, I would say that they haven't been booted out.
Plus the Otc Market website say " Quotations will not be displayed for Caveat Emptor securities in the Pink Limited or Expert Market tiers." But if you go to OTC link you can get the quote, even though they have been BOOTED OUT OF THE OTC LINK!!!
