Wow. Thanks for pointing that out. Just double checked the 8-K from May of this year in case there was a mention of it hidden in there but couldn't find it. Its gonna be a rough day when we see that filing uploaded to OTC. 500 for 1 is ugly. Correct me if I'm wrong but wont we be looking at about $0.10/share with it most likely dropping significantly from there...(unless it is paired with some significant news drop)
