Take it with a grain of salt as IANAL or an OTC pro or anything, but I doubt any amount of money would be able to speed the process up. Every delay we've seen are court delays. You cant really speed that up. I had a relatively simple family matter that took 6 months just to get to the case conference only to spend another year for a total of maybe 5 appearances in front of a judge. The courts dont give a damn about us or our timelines.
Thats why GS said from the beginning, it takes as long as it takes, because no one can predict what the courts timeline will be. Litigation of any sort, especially civil, can take years to work its way through courts, especially if theres any opposition. The reality is, no one should have blown their whole load on this or any other one ticker. We all took risks and those who traded and took profits on the way up like they should have, made some great gains on its first run.
Things didnt go our way after that BUT, unlike some other tickers, GS didnt give up. First he tried the SEC route, that didnt work due to not being able to audit the fins, so now he's trying to clear all debt via the motion barring all claims. That appears to have worked, we're one signature away from a debt free shell. At that point OTCM access becomes viable and as far as audited fins are concerned, how long has GS had custodianship of this ticker? At the 2 yr mark if Im not mistaken, HE can provide audited fins for the entire time he's had control of the shell, audited fins showing 0 debt. That puts SEC reporting back on the table.
People can whine and cry and speculate about timelines all they want, but none of it helps anyone, none of it speeds up the process and none of it changes the fact that an EM ticker trading over a penny, is going to get pink current sometime in the hopefully near future, and when that happens? There will be thousands of US traders who can suddenly buy it, who couldnt buy it before. And yet, there are some on here who would have you believe that an influx of thousands of potential buyers is not going to run the stock up? Yeah ok lol. But again, grain of salt, IMO etc etc.
