Nobody knew who Krispy kreme was until they had their products in 50 stores... Grew rapidly after that.

The claim is that no new Bakery Can get a foothold in the industry and grow rapidly. When I travel close to northern Indiana, I always stop in at Rise and Roll. This was a small Amish based bakery for years Until an outsider bought out the operation. In the time Epiphany's been around, They have grown organically And are still privately held. They now have 16 full outlets, And multiple accounts selling to grocery stores convenient marts et cetera.

So the statement that this can't be done Is only true with those operations that have no interest or drive to expand beyond their one area. Brand identity can happen overnight. Take examples a new shoe company or Japanese toy Brand, etc. Products and companies you've never heard of Are selling out nationwide in a matter of weeks or months. More times than not, any product coming from the most remote region of the world, Can become a billion dollar company With only a good marketing company being the difference!!!

It sounds like they put together a team with many years of experience in all areas that is needed to develop the conglomerate and their brand. And are using other companies that are experts in their field so they don't have to reinvent the wheel!! It is so premature to be making any claims at this point That it's impossible.

Believe in trust.... Or dont
