No it wasn't! Sheesh. Those were "technical" shorts that have absolutely nothing to do with what you believe is shorting. They are created by the fact that when someone places a sell order, the MM on the OTC market must first sell them to someone before they can buy them from you. On an exchange, that process is reversed on stocks that traditionally have heavy volume.
The OTC is a "Market," not an exchange.

Learn these rudimentary things or you will get butchered.
