Why were we led to believe that Nathan Hall was in charge here for what, 2 years?, and that the new management was just all "smoke & mirrors"? None of that was true at all. Why? Still in the IBOX btw

Why were we told that Frank was going to convert his preferred shares into common and dump them all on shareholders? That never happened either, and there was never any plans for that either, yet it was pushed and pushed and pushed....why? It was all BS. BTW there has been zero dilution here so how are shareholders really at risk? It's 100% buying and selling by retail, NOT the company.

Why was everyone led to believe that the website was just a "ruse" and a chinese phishing scam? That was completely false too. Why?
