ah gee cal... now that we have established the fact that I do tell the truth in everyone's mind, the next question is why I concentrate exclusively on Tony Cataldo led companies.

First let me say that I don't focus exclusively on Tony Cataldo led companies but they have been a primary focus.

In the past (and even very very recently for one) I have spotlighted shoddy management pratices at Kaire Holdings, now KAIH, BGST, INSP, DVIN,.

Now obviously I don't have the time or resourses to cover all the questionable people running OTC companies. And once I ran into Tony Cataldo I felt I had found a motherlode of slick "smoke and mirrors" promotions.

Watching this "silver tongue devil", following his shenanigans, and exposing his "misrepresentations" has kept me busy. His actions were best seen here at Calypte. After his departure we have seen the rise of Marat Safin's lackey Roger Gale who is now the focus of my criticisms here. (What percent of what Roger has predicted has actually come true?)

Tony actually was actually fairly quiet in his last two companies until he joined VOII where he is once again in the "spotlight". (He did however keep up his record of 70%+ decline in stock price, a big salary for himself, and a big golden parachute when he left, at those companies however.)

Until this company starts delivering profitable sales, meets projections, and is honest with its investors I will be around exposing any lies, misrepresentations, and other management shenanigans here.

Hey this stock is at $ .071 because of management. I am simply reporting on what is going on.

The facts are what they are...
