Not quite right. The run will happen on the hype leading up to the merger. That is when all the runs in these plays happen. Once the merger actually happens, due to the overwhelming unrealistic expectation ahead of which, the sell off happens in a most serious way. Holding through a merger is never a good idea.

It will not run unless merger happens.

It should rise yes, but nowhere near what is anticipated here.
