Too bad there are minimum skills, training and certification standards that need to be met for technician qualification and any shot at funds from the new EV infrastructure program.

"My name is Adam, I have no verifiable history of anything whatsoever anywhere on the internet, I may even be fictitious, but I totally want to get in the EV charger business" isn't going to cut it.
