VLTA @ $1.50s: ..NEWS....Slashes workforce by 20%...Removes guidance for 2023..Seeking funding. Likely issuing large amounts of share w. Reverse Split a possibility.

All in all an ominous turn of events likely to crater VLTA.

NOTE:... VLTA just voted $150M in shares they can issue at any time. Expect all or at least a substantial portion of the dilution to inundate VLTA very seek. Days not weeks.
