IMO It’s very simple, he has taken tons of $ from power up for purposely doing late filings and fleeced many pp investors to support his lifestyle! If this ever trades EVERYONE will be scrambling to dump what they have, a potential billionaire doesn’t behave like this! This is his swan song for scams, he will go off into the sunset laughing about us suckers!!!!
