(PINKSHEETS: PHYA) announced today that the Company is in the final negotiation stages with TOTALtrak Global, Inc., a global provider of leading-edge Radio Frequency Identification (RFID)-based and patent-pending Multi-Range (MRID) technology solutions, to implement this versatile and powerful technology into the Company's innovative adult daycare program. RFID systems are becoming one of the most widely adopted tracking and information storage protocols in the world, due to its capability to provide instantaneous identification as well as tracking in a mobile environment. Currently, RFID is employed in product tracking, animal identification, passport control, electronic toll remittance, and the U.S. Food and Drug Administration recently approved the first RFID chips to be implanted in humans.
According to a company spokesperson from Physicians Adult Daycare, "The TOTALtrak system has already been specifically designed to allow for the tracking and identification of individuals, making it a virtually perfect seamless fit for our adult daycare services. With this technology, we will be able to instantly locate, in real time, all of those who are provided with an RFID marker. Even more importantly, we will be able to ascertain critical medical information for each person, such as allergies, pre-existing health conditions, current medications, etc. and eliminate delays or misinformation, giving us the ability to provide immediate attention in the event of an emergency."

According to Physicians Adult Daycare, the negotiations have entered into the final stages and the two companies have agreed in principle, with a formal announcement expected in the next week to ten days.
