I'm not a CPA but I don't believe the request for article documents could be construed as an audit. At this point it looks like the company is clean. With where RSHN stands now the usual suspects are gone. Ashley has addressed everything and regardless there is no turning back for him. He is in way deep. These things are predictable with a government agency in particular with SEC regulators would you say? I believe Ashley will bring this to the finish line.
