Hello PutzMueler, hello Walter,

it is like Walter said, when the meeting in Mechelen started Marks first words were "I will answer any questions, but not any about financing".
All present investors were smiling sympathetic and did not know the finance deal was already negotiated.
I expect we all were really surprised on Monday, when the news came out about the SPAC deal.
But Mark was very enthusiastic and made a superior presentation and answered, except the question about financing. Now we know why he was in such a good mood.
One question was ask regarding US Vanadium. Why not go public with this stock? The answer was it is too difficult, because US Vanadium could be only a non public company because of security reasons and involved DOD. I don't remember, if Mark gave this answer, or the CEO of Elysee. So the tenor was, if you want to invest in US Vanadium you can do it by buying Elysee shares.
That's all what I've remembered regarding questioning financing.

I think this mine is a gem and we are in good hands with the management.
I expect a deeper look itself into the Elk Creek ore body when the mine is up and running is worthwhile for a lot of future speculations, far from all we know already.
That's my thought I am focused on.
