If there's any doubt that the bill contains $113 billion earmarked for Solar & Wind combined and none mentioned for Hydrogen, here's the full Schumer/Manchin Bill. Total $371 billion including $28.7 billion, Nuclear $3.44 billion and the remainder for "special interests" unrelated to clean energy.
Per the article, Hydrogen is to get a "lollipop" amount, not worth mentioning.
Any implication that hydrogen will be a big beneficiary is FALSE AND INACCURATE
