But that REALLY does raise the Question.. What in hell did they do with the 10 million shares that the got approved last spring?? And ran slap out of in September/October? If BAXA paid the manufacturer, and also paid CDEX?? Or on paper, paid CDEX who then paid the manufacturer??

It is not coming close to adding up. Unless they actually did sell about 9 milion shares for about 22 thousand dollars..as XENO reasoned...
