Like most tickers down 98%, there are fewer sellers at the bottom because there are fewer sellers who have gains to sell.

Like most POS tickers which have verified years of failure as their claim to fame, there are fewer buyers at the lows because they obviously feel there is a greater downside then upside, thus they do not buy.

Obviously, there are no buyers of the Head Quarter and Chicago office bullshit.
