Paul's thoughts after joining CBDD and seeing what the company, revenues, profits, and the state of the market were must have been to do a reverse split. He mentioned how difficult raising money has been in the OTC market citing some 245 days since the last tech IPO which I took to mean he needs to raise money especially after I read the last financials and the only way to do it is to have a better stock price meaning less float. I couldn't find a link to the twitter podcast but maybe someone else on this post can.
